Students take special courses and join activities to learn how to think in different ways, analyze their thinking habits, and work together in teams to reach shared goals.

The Growth Coaching team, started by founder Yucheng (Eric) Hu, helps students achieve their academic and career goals. It includes young professionals and senior students under 30 from top universities, each with different backgrounds.
